✨ FERTILITY TESTING FOR THE SEASON HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN! ✨

📚 WHEN SALES PAUSE

Every year, I close ALL sales when our homeschool year begins (late August/September).

That season is all about the kids, settling into a new rhythm, and yes… coop cleanouts + garden resets 👩🏼‍🌾

Once the girls finish their winter molt and start laying consistently again, fertility testing begins.

 

📣 WHEN SALES OPEN

✔️ Once fertility is 93% or higher, I’ll post availability RIGHT HERE ON FACEBOOK

❌ No preorders

❌ No waitlists

 

🗓️ I try to post availability Sundays at 2PM Eastern

If the day or time changes, I’ll announce it HERE ON FACEBOOK

Each post includes a photo of every available dozen

➕ Each dozen includes 1–2 extra eggs, depending on availability

 

⏰ HOW TO CLAIM A DOZEN

🚨 Pro tip: set an alarm for 1:55 PM Eastern

If you see a dozen you want:

📩 MESSAGE US (do NOT comment) with:

• The dozen number

• Your name

• Your email

Comments are not time-stamped, messages are!

 

💲 PAYMENT DETAILS

✔️ PayPal only

⏳ Payment is due within 15 minutes of invoice

If unpaid after 15 minutes, the invoice is canceled and moves to the next message.

 

🐣 ABOUT THE EGGS

🥚 All eggs sold are no more than 3 days old

🐥 All other eggs are used for fertility testing and chicks

Yes, fertility is checked weekly

If a breed drops below 93%, I pause sales for that breed until it rebounds.

We are a family farm located in Virginia. Specializing in rainbow egg colors and temperament. We are NPIP certified, allowing us to ship hatching eggs and day old chicks throughout the continental United States.

The Pickled Coop LLC also makes fresh batches of our famous pickled eggs in a variety of different flavors including, Carolina Reaper, Jalapeno, Cajun and Spicy Pineapple.
